Abercrombie Primary School, Chesterfield

Abercrombie Primary School had an outdoor area that pupils used to play and learn within.

During poor weather the children would be forced inside the classroom. The doorway to the classroom had an existing built in small porch however this was no where near long enough to play outside.

Broxap recommended on of their St George canopies which would sit in front of this duo-pitch porch and extend out into the playground to provide a covered play area.

The children can now have play equipment and tables and chairs outside during wet weather and experience outdoor learning and play all year around.
