The headquarters of a community healthcare trust has honoured colleagues who have died in service.
Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has created a courtyard where staff can benefit from a rest break.
The outdoor area features two Eastgate Seats, bearing the message ‘In Remembrance of Bridgewater Staff who have Died in Service’.
The names of each individual who has passed are also displayed on the benches in a series of stainless steel plaques.
The quiet, contemplative area, has been established at the trust’s headquarters in Europa Point on the Gemini Business Park.
The site provides wheelchair services as well as being the main office hub for the trust which delivers healthcare services in the community across Warrington, Halton, Oldham and St Helens.
Broxap Street Furniture worked closely with subcontractor Pilkington Bros for its client Eric Wright, to ensure the benches provided a fitting tribute to the trust’s much loved and admired colleagues.
