This bespoke fabric canopy was installed in 2011 at the UK Manufacturing arm of Honda in Swindon. The canopy covered the UK’s first commercial sized hydrogen refuelling station which was designed by BOC for Honda and designed to fuel Honda’s Hybrid ‘cars of the future’ programme which was in development.
Keep it Kool at Broxap provided this fabric cantilever tensile canopy which allowed cars to stop beneath and refuel.
The unit was opened by HRH Prince Charles on 01-09-2011.
