As average class sizes grow, schools’ need for pupil cloakroom areas also increase. Sometimes the volume of students and their belongings are too much for peg rails alone.

According to the Health and Safety Executive, 55% of all accidents in education are caused by a slip or trip.

That’s why it’s vital to choose the right storage facilities to keep your school tidy, and therefore safe.

Morgans Vale & Woodfalls Primary School had purchased our bag storage units in the past. Pleased with the results, Broxap was the natural choice when it came to cloakroom furniture for one of their corridors.

Broxap produce Bag Storage Island Units to various dimensions. This combines a peg rail fixed above FSC® (FSC-C122338) certified beech racks for increased storage.

We supplied several Junior Height, Single Sided Units in various lengths; some made to our standard dimensions and also some bespoke designed. This was all to make optimal use of space, enhanced by their choice of overhead shelving and double pegs.

At the school’s request we assembled and installed these products, fixing them wall-to-floor with a plastic insert foot. The plastic unbreakable pegs and powder coated frames both match the school colours beautifully in our dark green colouring.

Thanks to an efficient installation, these storage units had an immediate effect; keeping the area safe and ensuring all pupils have enough space to keep their things tidy.
