Manufactured from high-quality steel, these benches are designed to withstand outdoor elements while retaining their visual appeal for years to come. The sleek and modern design of the benches complemented the contemporary architecture of the development, enhancing its overall appearance.
The installation of the benches was carried out in multiple phases, aligning with the progression of the property development project. Initially, five benches were placed in communal areas back in early 2021. Subsequent phases saw the expansion of property development, with 35 additional benches installed throughout 2023.
