Streethay Local Centre, Lichfield

The development of a new housing estate in Streethay, comprised of three buildings with six commercial units and a car park, presented an opportunity to create a vibrant community hub. A survey revealed that 96% of local residents supported the scheme and planned to use the development at least once a week.

Working with Keller Construction, Broxap designed and manufactured various street furniture for the centre.

The Helston Steel and Timber Curved Benches feature a galvanised finish for longevity and are powder-coated in Jet Black, which blends well with the centre's architecture and landscaping. The Premier Cycle Shelters and Sheffield Cycle Stands with Tapping Bars were also supplied, resulting in a pedestrian-friendly environment that encourages community engagement and social interaction.

Broxap's street furniture successfully transformed the local centre into a dynamic and inviting community space. Residents and visitors can now enjoy the convenience of resting on benches and securely parking their bicycles.
