Broxap was commissioned to design, manufacture, and install timber and steel picnic units and benches for The Gilberd School. The goal was to provide the students and staff with durable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor seating and dining options.

The school chose our seventeen Thornhill Picnic Units, fourteen Thornhill Benches, two Easthorpe Seats and four Desford I Benches.

All the new seating products were manufactured at our 125,000 sq. ft production facility, located in the heart of Staffordshire. Our team ensured that the outdoor furniture pieces were not only visually appealing but also structurally sound and weather-resistant to withstand the outdoor elements.

Working alongside Gipping Construction Limited, our installation team worked efficiently to deliver and install the picnic units and benches at the designated outdoor areas of the high school. Careful attention was given to placement to ensure optimal functionality and visual appeal.

The final outcome provided the students and staff with comfortable and inviting outdoor spaces to gather, dine, and socialise. The combination of timber and steel materials not only added a modern touch to the school's outdoor areas but also ensured long-term durability and low maintenance.
